I want to marry a married girl with a child. Her husband is cruel to her. she wants to marry me. Can i marry her in a temple and marry her then appl for divorce and then legally register our marriage please help
I think she has to get a divorce first before she marries another guy. Unless in India the women are allowed to have more than one husband at a time ?

Do you know Arun, What you are asking, Why her husband is cruel to her. She is married and cant do it again without divorce. You are also supposed to do according to Indian customs, where such type of activities are equal to sin. The best help for both of you is that you advice her to be faithfull for her husband, as she has already one child also. You are also supposed to provide her help to do so.
